The inspiration for Uncompromised Beauty came from the desire to create a space that seamlessly blends with its surroundings while pushing the boundaries of aesthetics. The project is strategically pushed back by 8 meters, allowing for an unimpeded view in the narrow lane. This design choice not only invites ample light and breeze but also removes architectural limitations through the use of an atrium space, presenting sculptural beauty.

What sets Uncompromised Beauty apart is its ability to catch the eye of passersby, drawing them into the bustling city and into the alley. Each floor is bathed in natural light pouring in through the skylight, creating a brand-new experience with every step.

The realization of Uncompromised Beauty is a testament to the expertise of Hong Gi Construction. The entire community, from the sidewalk to the public areas, is designed with full accessibility in mind. Residents can move smoothly within the space, while the public section is shared by people in the neighborhood, fostering a sense of hospitality.

With a total area of 1880 square meters per floor, Uncompromised Beauty stands as a testament to the collaboration between Hong Gi Construction and Wind King Construction Co., Ltd. The design team, consisting of Wei Chen Fang, Hata Lo, and Ta Jung Chen, has meticulously crafted a space that not only captivates with its exterior but also offers a functional and comfortable living environment.

The unique concave-and-convex exterior of Uncompromised Beauty plays with light and shadow, creating a mesmerizing display that changes with the time of day. Unlike traditional townhouses, these buildings feature skylights that cover about one-third of their area, flooding each house with even more daylight. Combined with the white exterior walls, this design choice creates a spatial aesthetics that is both unique and inviting.

Each staircase turns differently, offering different views of the lush landscape outside. Large sheets of glass cleverly separate the public areas from the staircases, connecting each room and adding variety to the space. Additionally, an elevator ensures easy access to each floor, providing convenience and safety to residents.
